The Grand Valley Irrigation Company is a private company governed by a 9-member Board of Directors. The Board meets monthly on the first Thursday of each month. These meetings are not open to the public. If you would like to schedule a time slot to meet with the Board, please contact the Superintendent.

Our Bylaws
The Bylaws of the Grand Valley Irrigation Company govern the activities and procedures of the Company and its shareholders. By the purchase of shares, the payment of assessments, or the ordering or accepting of water, each person or entity receiving water is deemed to have agreed to be bound to comply with the Bylaws as well as any other rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Directors (Preamble; Art. II-10). The Bylaws may be amended from time to time by the Board of Directors.
