The Grand Valley Irrigation Company is governed by a 9-member Board of Directors that meets on the first Thursday of each month. While Board meetings are not open to the public, you may request time to speak with the Board by contacting the Superintendent to schedule a slot.

Our Bylaws
The Bylaws of the Grand Valley Irrigation Company govern the activities and procedures of the Company and its shareholders. By the purchase of shares, the payment of assessments, or the ordering or accepting of water, each person or entity receiving water is deemed to have agreed to be bound to comply with the Bylaws as well as any other rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Directors (Preamble; Art. II-10). The Bylaws may be amended from time to time by the Board of Directors.
